The Forest Avenue Library is celebrating World Book Night, a celebration of reading! A FREE copy of the young adult book, Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein, will be given to those wishing to spread the love of reading with reluctant or non-readers.
Come to the library to eat some pizza and discuss the fantasy thriller The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan with other sixth through twelfth graders. You can find copies of the book and sign up for this program at the Information Desk.
Teens entering the 6th through 12th grades in the fall are invited to join us and Dr. Leslie Miller from ISU's computer science department to learn about computer programming with Scratch, a program developed especially for young people by MIT!
