Adult Book Discussions!

STEAM: Homemade Snow

Join us each month for a science experiment! Today’s project is making fake “snow” to take home.

Emphasizing the science behind the fun, experiments are geared for grades 3-8. Kids in K-2 are welcome if accompanied by an adult to assist. Older teens willing to assist younger kids are most welcome! Groups of 5 or more are asked to email at least 1 day in advance at mjabrahamson@dmpl.org.

Art in the Library: Juggling Balls

Create your own juggling balls using balloons and lentils. Test out your skills and get some tips about learning to juggle. This program is for kids ages 8-18.

Instead of picking just one book to discuss each month, everyone will talk about a different book that they really enjoyed. This program is open to teens in grades 6-12.
