Sushi Workshop for Adults

Alex Akiyama will speak about the history of sushi. Alex is the Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) Coordinator with the Iowa Sister States (ISS). In this 90-Minute hands-on cultural activity Alex will show up to ten adults how to make sushi rolls. The first ten to sign up may also eat the finished product.
