Over the last several years, Easter Lake has faced diminishing water quality as development in the area has increased. Partners of the Easter Lake Watershed Project are now aiming towards improving the 178-acre lake by taking action through in-lake improvements and projects throughout the 6,380-acre watershed. Now in Phase 2 of the project, many improvements have already been made, with many more on the way.
