Emotion-Based Journaling

The words we use to describe our emotions can influence our mood, thoughts and behaviors. Journaling is a way to process emotions and thoughts so we can be moved to action or a sense of peace. It allows us to take internal journeys that lead us to enlightenment and stress relief. The goal of this workshop is to learn to use emotion-based journaling as a way to exercise self-care, and heal.
