Dino O'Dell's "Libraries Rock!" Concert

Families! Get ready to dance and sing with family musician, Dino O'Dell! Kids can sing family-friendly songs about monsters under our beds, swim in a pond full of peanut butter, and learn about the four categories of instruments: percussion, wind, string, and electronic. It’s an interactive and educational musical adventure! All ages are welcome!

Emotion-Based Journaling

The words we use to describe our emotions can influence our mood, thoughts and behaviors. Journaling is a way to process emotions and thoughts so we can be moved to action or a sense of peace. It allows us to take internal journeys that lead us to enlightenment and stress relief. The goal of this workshop is to learn to use emotion-based journaling as a way to exercise self-care, and heal.
