Lunch Hour Yoga at the Library

Join us for a 45 minute yoga session with instructor Shelby Kruse. This class is designed for all levels, whether you have been doing yoga for years, or just want to see if it is right for you. Bring your mat and meet us in the library's west wing on the 2nd floor.

Registration and submission of a liability waiver are required for participation in this event. The waiver can be filled out here: https://www.shelbykruse.com/dmpl-waiver If you would prefer to fill out a paper waiver, please arrive five minutes early. Shelby Kruse has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2013. She teaches yoga workshops and classes that incorporate essential oils through her business Yoga + Oils , including online, group, and private classes. Shelby's goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She takes joy in introducing brand new students to yoga and assisting experienced students in deepening their own practice.
