Stay Independent - Where Did I Put Those Keys?

Mary Krisco, Nutrition and Wellness specialist with ISU Extension and Outreach, will facilitate this series. Stay Independent is a nutrition and wellness program for adults age 60+ that provides research-based nutrition and wellness information intended to help reduce their sarcopenia risk. Sarcopenia refers to muscle loss that occurs with age if a person gets too little muscle-strengthening exercise and too little protein in the diet. It is a major cause of premature frailty, falls, and disability.

The last session is 1 hour on the following topic:
