Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Join us at the North Side Library for a Tai Chi class.
This class will specialize in arthritis and falls
prevention, and can be done standing or seated.
Tai Chi is a holistic form of exercise that promotes
flowing movements and mind/body harmony. This Tai Chi class is beginner friendly and no Tai Chi experience is required.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
The third Friday of the month from January - May.
