Join* After School Arts Program (ASAP) teaching artist Jill Wells for a virtual art lesson in tropical landscape painting! Using just four paint colors, a round brush, mixed-media paper, a cup for water, and a paper towel, you'll learn to create awesome art.  

Starting July 31, you can stop by any of our six library branches during their curbside hours to pick up a free ASAP Art Kit containing all the supplies you'll need, plus a resource guide with step-by-step instructions for the project. These kits will be available while supplies last.

Then, visit us on Facebook starting Thursday, August 6, at 3 p.m. for a nine-minute painting tutorial with Jill Wells. Can't do Thursday? No problem! The video will be available for two weeks, so you can learn to paint a beautiful tropical landscape when it works best for you!
