Attend a special session on the art and craft of bread making. This event explores the process of creating bread while providing insights into tips based on science. Join us if you are interested in beginning or expanding your knowledge of bread baking.
 

You will:
-Discuss ingredients
-Mix dough with hands. No mixer needed
-Learn tricks for fermenting and proofing your dough
-Shape, bake, and taste dinner rolls
