Girl Power Initiative

Are you a mighty girl*? Ready to become a mighty woman, but have questions? Then come to Forest Avenue Library, meet community experts, and get your questions answered in this five-session series! Know your body, know yourself, get empowered. Session Topic: LGBTQ and Beyond Registration Required. Please register for the September 10 session, which enrolls attendee in all sessions. Attendance is encouraged but not required at every session. The Girl Power Initiative seeks to empower and encourage independence among girls, so we respectfully suggest parents/caregivers wait outside the session. Pizza/snacks will be provided. Ages 8-12.
