Escape the Iowa winter and immerse yourself in the tropical vibes of Key West with watercolor postcards. Our watercolor programs at the East Side Library are perfect for beginning and intermediate artists who want to learn the basics or refresh their skills. The program is directed by Library Assistant and artist Ben Hatcher. All necessary materials are provided. Please note that registration is required to attend the program.
