Easter Closure—Sunday, April 20

All DMPL locations will be closed on Sunday, April 20 for the Easter holiday. Regular hours and services will resume on Monday, April 21.

North Side Construction - Detour Route

Ongoing construction on Euclid Avenue may limit the ability to access the North Side Library parking lot from the north. If you're visiting the North Side Library, you may reach the parking lot from the south by traveling on Ovid Ave. and then turning north onto 5th Ave. Please see the North Side Library page for a diagram.

Event Details

Eating healthy and cooking skills go hand in hand. Kids will have the opportunity to prepare and taste healthy foods while learning about healthy eating and physical activity along with food and kitchen safety. They will have so much fun preparing these inexpensive and easy recipes with help from Iowa State Extension Office. Ages 5-12. Registration is suggested - register online below or by phone at 283-4152.
