Event Details

The 2024 Mindfulness Day will provide patrons the space to spend a day engaging in a variety of contemplative practices that will give them the opportunity for peaceful space to get centered before the busy holiday season begins. The agenda is as follows:

10:30 - Steve Bryce: Mindful cooking 

*12:15 - Billie Wade: Journaling to Heal (limited simple journals while supplies last or bring your own)

1:45 - Hannah Cutler: Yoga (beginners welcome)

3:30 - Safiyah Grace: Sound healing

No registration is required. You can attend any of the sessions throughout the day.
