Are you dreaming of owning your own home? Join Bridgett Robinson, Neighborhood Finance Corporation’s Diversity and Inclusion Mortgage Loan Originator and Outreach Coordinator, for the Journey to Homeownership program!

Journey to Homeownership provides educational tools and resources to support African Americans who are looking to become homeowners. The core part of the J2H initiative is a down payment assistance program. Our actions and work are in support of the One Economy Blue Print for Action and the goal to increase African American homeownership in Polk County by 2% from 2020 to 2023.

This program is for:

  • Aspiring African Americans, looking for guidance and support.
  • Community members interested in learning about homeownership opportunities and financial assistance.

NFC as a whole, provides other unique lending programs that have forgivable funds matched with repayable funds, to facilitate neighborhood revitalization.
