Teen Virtual Escape Room: The Euphorigen Investigation

Teens! Come play an online escape room! Join us at South and register to play The Euphorigen Investigation, an online escape room that immerses players in a world of manipulated media, social media bots, deepfakes, and other forms of deception. Players will have under an hour to uncover information on the fictional supplement called “Euphorigen” and determine if it's safe to be added to the public water supply.

Teens are welcome to come play the game in the Meeting Room at South or play online via the Zoom weblink.

This escape room was developed by the University of Washington as a research project. Participants need to be 14 years of age or older, and will need to consent to allowing the UW to record the game and to complete a brief survey about the experience.

To play Euphorigen at home, you will need access to a computer or laptop, internet connection capable of using Zoom, and one of the following internet browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
