Grand Blue Mile Closures

Grand Avenue is closed today due to the running of the Grand Blue Mile. Patrons may access the Central Library's bookdrop, pick-up window, and parking garage through a lane on Grand Avenue until 5n PM today. At 5 PM, the bookdrop, pick-up window, and parking garage will close for the day.

Program Description

Event Details

Develop skills for processing grief during this 1 hour writing workshop. During this program, led by Claudine Cheatem, participants will learn how to process their grief through poetry and journaling. Cheatem created this class to help people find the words to express their feelings and emotions during their grief journey.
