No library card is needed to speak with a community advocate or with the DMPL's Community Resource Specialist, Ashlan Lippert:

Community advocates will provide information about community resources like meal sites and shelters. They may also offer support and referrals for matters like scheduling a medical or mental health appointment or applying for an ID.
The Outreach Project will be located in the Central Library meeting room wing on Mondays and Fridays from 1-3 PM.
