Depending on the seating arrangement these combined rooms have a maximum capacity ranging from 66-150 people. Any room in the meeting room wing may be reserved outside library hours. Rental rates are determined by type of organization using the room and purpose of your event, so please check the Central Library Meeting Room User Information for a fee schedule.
Free library parking is available in Central's underground parking garage for two hours. Street parking is metered at various rates from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking Information

Equipment
- Digital projection unit (drop-down screen, mounted projector, AV control panel)
- Standard VGA or HDMI cable will be provided, but adapters for Mac or other systems are not
- Lectern with micophone and AV control panel
- Wireless microphone (handheld or lavaliere)
All items must be requested at time of reservation, or with at least five days’ notice.
The library cannot provide laptops or other media equipment to connect to the projection system, nor can they provide AV assistance during your event. You may call and schedule a time to come test your equipment ahead of your event.
Seating
(Seating arrangement numbers are subject to change due to COVID restrictions.)
All room setup will be done ahead of your meeting by the library custodian. Maximum seating is reduced with use of AV equipment.
Classroom seating: 66 people
Banquet seating: 96 people
Theater seating: 80 people
Custom arrangements are available as well.
