East Side Meeting Room

Library Branch
The East Side Meeting Room may be reserved for public or private use, within the meeting room policy, during regular library hours. The room is 44’ x 40’ and has tables and chairs which you may arrange as needed, with a maximum capacity of 75.
Nonprofit, 501c3 organizations holding open meetings may use the room at no charge. All closed meetings or any meeting held by a private organization or individual will be charged a rate of $20/hour. Personal events may not be held in the branch meeting rooms (parties, baby showers, etc.)

Equipment
- Lectern with microphone
- Mounted projector and screen ($20 fee for use)
- Standard VGA or HDMI cable will be provided
Seating
- 75 chairs
- 9 small tables
- 8 medium tables
Users may set up the room in their desired configuration. Users are responsible for returning the room to the basic setup configuration and for the condition in which the room is left.
