Program Description

Event Details

Get started on the ukulele and quickly learn to play familiar tunes while having fun! Play your own ukulele or borrow one of North Side Library's soprano ukuleles with your library card. Natalie Steenson will facilitate this 4-week class, teaching ukulele basics, chords and strumming patterns.

Classes will be held in-person at the North Side Library*. Space is limited and reservations are required. A phone number and email will be required for contact purposes when you sign up. Face masks are strongly encouraged for all participants in order to reduce the spread of of Covid-19 while singing.

*Depending on the number of COVID cases, the instructor and library may choose to hold this program via Zoom instead of in-person. An email address will be required for Zoom attendance. 

Ukuleles can be checked out starting the week of April 24th at the North Side Library during our open hours.
