Memory Cafés provide a welcoming social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners, focusing on person-centered care for those living with dementia.

The 2024 Mindfulness Day will provide patrons the space to spend a day engaging in a variety of contemplative practices that will give them the opportunity for peaceful space to get centered before the busy holiday season begins.
